　　The survey covered Beijing's Chaoyang District, Fengtai District, Haidian District, Dongcheng District and Shijingshan District, and conducted research on 20 home care services. These 20 services include: care for the elderly, water and electricity installation and maintenance services, hourly service, and psychology. Consulting services, purchasing daily life goods services, organizing sightseeing tours, helping to take medicine, chatting to relieve boredom, door-to-door haircuts, on-site medical services, on-site assistance in bathing, professional nursing services, on-site laundry, on-site medical treatment, plumbing services, accompanying medical treatment, appliance repair Services, senior university services, indoor cleaning services, and aged training services.

　　In this survey, it was found that the highest usage rate was appliance repair service, accounting for 14.7%; the second was hourly service, accounting for 12.6%; the third was plumbing service, accounting for 11.8%; then hydropower installation and repair service , accounting for 11.1%; while the rest of the remaining services are no more than 10%.

　　In addition, the needs of elderly people of different ages are also different. The 60-69 year olds have a very high demand for home care services. Generally, elderly people aged 80 and above have more needs for several medical services such as home diagnosis, home visits, and professional care. Compared with the elderly aged 70-79, 80 years and older, the 60-69 year olds are not fully in the old age. They are about to pay more attention to the upcoming old age and the ensuing pension problem. A new generation of seniors, who have shown higher demand for aged university services and senior training services, pay more attention to enriching their old age and improving their skills and qualities.
